Bookings are made via WhatsApp, phone or the contact form. To secure a slot we ask for a deposit (usually 10%). Tell us your preferred date, service (studio only or with crew), and any equipment needs — we’ll confirm availability and send a booking confirmation.

Our studio includes multiple sets, 4K mirrorless cameras, professional LED lighting, microphones, stands, props, a makeup/green room, and a guest area. Specific gear can be reserved in advance depending on the package.

Yes — we offer on-site technicians, camera operators, and producers for an additional fee or as part of select packages. Tell us your needs and we’ll propose the appropriate crew and rate.

We operate 24/7 by appointment. Please arrive at your scheduled time; late starts may affect booking length. For overnight or extended shoots, let us know in advance so we can arrange access and support.

You can reschedule free of charge up to 48 hours before your booking. Cancellations inside 48 hours may forfeit the deposit. Specific policies vary by package — we’ll confirm terms when you book.
